How much will it cost for Eco Clean North Shore to clean my house?

Because I own and operate my business by myself, I will save you money by charging much less than corporate-owned cleaning businesses, while providing superior quality work. The largest part of the cleaning fees you pay to large cleaning companies go to cover their high overhead and administrative costs without jeopardizing quality.

Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individualized. Factors that will affect the price of cleaning are the size of your home, condition of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, frequency of cleaning service, and your individual cleaning needs. To ensure that I provide you with the right cleaning services for the best price, I offer FREE on-site estimation. On-site estimation takes about 15 minutes and is absolutely free with no obligations. Please, fill out cleaning quote request and I will contact you to schedule an on-site estimation.

 

Will the first house cleaning take longer and cost more?

Most of the times, first house cleaning or an occasional deep cleaning visit will take longer and cost more than regular scheduled residential cleaning visits. It takes additional time, cleaning tasks, and cleaning products to get the home up to Eco Clean North Shore standards.

What is your guarantee policy?

I offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on every aspect of your home cleaning service. If you feel your cleaning was anything short of the highest possible quality, call me within 24 hours and I will return and re-clean the area in question at no charge.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You may cancel your cleaning service at any time. I also reserve the right to cancel your service with a 48 hour notice for any reason.

Do I have to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

This depends on the arrangement between me and you. The only equipment that is always provided by the customer is vacuum cleaner. You may choose to provide your own green cleaning supplies that you are used to. Otherwise, I will provide my own non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning supplies. The cleaning fee will be slightly higher if I provide my own cleaning supplies.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

In order to maximize the value of my cleaning service, I ask you to take a few minutes to pick up any clothing, toys, and other household items, before I arrive. This will ensure that I use my time more efficiently.

Do I need to be home at the time of cleaning visit?

It's not necessary. Many of my customers are not home at the time of cleaning. I keep a copy of your key and the alarm code and any other specific instructions that you give me regarding entering your home.

How do you access my home?

I must have access to your home to provide cleaning services. There are four choices:
1) You may give me your key, which is then coded and kept in a secure lock box in my house.
2) You may leave a key at a designated accessible place at your residence (not recommended).
3) You may leave a key with your neighbor.
4) You may meet me at your home.

What should I do about my alarm system?

I prefer that you program a separate guest code for us.

I have pets. Is this Ok?

Pets are fine. However, please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for me to know. Also, if your pets are aggressive, please restrict them from the areas to be cleaned. Also, please, understand that I do not take the responsibility for your pets while we do cleaning (walking, feeding, etc.)

What are your service hours?

I provide house cleaning service and maid services from 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday.

What time will you arrive at my home?

While a lot of times it is not possible to give an exact time when I will arrive at you home, I will make every effort to make sure that I arrive within 30 minutes of scheduled time. If I am delayed for more than 30 minutes, I will notify you with the time of arrival.

How do I pay for the cleaning services?

Payments are due on the day of cleaning. Simply leave cash or a check  in a designated area on the day of visit. 

What if my cleaning visit falls on a statutory holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday, I will contact you at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your cleaning.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my house cleaning service?

If you need to cancel, skip, or reschedule regular cleaning visit, simply call me 48-hours (two business days) prior to your cleaning. This allows me to be able to reschedule your appointment and ensure that are able to provide timely cleaning services to my other clients. If I arrive for your home at a scheduled time and am unable to access it to perform the cleaning service, you will be charged the full price for that visit.

What if I have special cleaning requests or require additional services?

I provide many additional cleaning services. Please call and  let me know if you have any additional service requests and will be make every effort to accommodate them.

How can I provide feedback on my cleaning?

Your feedback helps me to ensure that we are providing services of the highest quality. I welcome all comments whether positive or negative. Every so often I will leave a feedback form on your kitchen counter. Please, fill it out and enclose it with your next payment.
